With the ever increasing amount of artificial athletic fields, there is an increasing demand on immediate service or emergency service. These visits range from separated glued seams, base depressions, vandalism, poor or no drainage, or a complete field failure. The type of field surfaces that we repair and maintain include the traditional nylon turf along with the infilled synthetic fields.
Our Maintenance Department is generally able to turn around an emergency request between 24 - 48 hours from the initial customer's phone call to the completion of repair.
At NETS, we realize the importance of keeping your field in a playable condition but also are concerned with the player’s ultimate safety.
At the completion of the Emergency Maintenance visit, NETS will provide the owner a formalized Visual Inspection Report detailing all the particulars of the visit.
