The Pre Scheduled Maintenance Program can be custom tailored to your needs; ranging from the number of visits per year, to the type of maintenance that is completed at each visit, to infill compaction readings etc.
Regular maintenance performed by the owner or outside qualified source using the Manufacturer’s recommended grooming equipment and schedule should be followed to adhere to any applicable warranty.
Each sport has its own wear patterns and high traffic areas that will need to have infill redistributed or wear spots watched to avoid premature wear.

The infilled field systems need at least two primary maintenance functions in order that the fields perform at their highest level. One is to use the manufacturer’s recommended grooming equipment which is capable of softening the infill to maintain a consistent playing surface. The second activity is using a sweeper - a sweeper that actually sweeps debris in a hopper so that it may be taken off the field. The sweeper's brush should be able to be adjusted vertically to avoid taking excessive rubber off the field - as a reminder, the rubber and the sand is the shock absorbency of the infill systems.
A prescheduled maintenance visit will cover the infill grooming, Hydraulic or other field sweeping device, redistributing infill in high traffic areas, looking at sewn seams, glued seams, logos, drainage, curbing, bases, manhole covers, goal post inserts, wear patterns, static areas and painted line conditions.

A typical Pre Scheduled Maintenance program involves the owner completing the 4-6 weeks maintenance with the infill groomer, periodical sweeping and having Northeast Turf Services twice a year for a spring and fall professional visit. The experienced personnel from NETS will see and recognize the problematic areas due to the number of situations that have occurred in the past on many different fields. At the completion of the Pre Scheduled Maintenance Program, NETS will provide the owner with a formalized Visual Inspection Report detailing all the particulars of the visit.
